Cancellation Window:

• Orders with custom options added are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Shipping Information:

• Ensure accurate shipping information.
• Undeliverable orders are subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.

Quality Check and Defects:

• If your doll has defects upon receipt and remains unused, we can arrange for a return if notified within 24 hours. Return shipping costs are not covered.
